Part 1

The treatment begins with a 20-minute Hot Towel Massage, which thoroughly warms and softens the muscles, boosts blood circulation, and prepares your body for deep relaxation.
Part 2
Deep Tissue Massage
Next, a focused 15-minute massage targets tense areas and problem zones with concentrated pressure. The combination of heat and deep massage creates a profound sense of relief throughout your body, reducing soreness, easing muscle tension, and providing mental stress relief.
A Little Tip…
For the best results, we recommend pairing this treatment with a prior session in the infrared sauna. The heat helps loosen muscles and enhances the overall effectiveness of the massage.
The minimum age limit for treatment at Great Northern Spa is 14 years.
