Part 1
Salt Bar Peeling
Experience a full-body exfoliation using salt bars from the Danish brand Kystnær. Dry skin cells are gently removed with handcrafted linen gloves, leaving your skin feeling renewed and soft.
This peeling treatment stimulates blood circulation, increases warmth, and enhances overall wellbeing. The minerals cleanse and nourish the skin effectively yet gently.
Part 2
Nourishing Body Application
After the peeling, your body is lovingly enveloped in our nourishing Rebiome Body Cream, which is gently massaged into the skin during a relaxing and soothing body massage.
The minimum age limit for treatment at Great Northern Spa is 14 years.
light therapy +250 DKK
Light therapy is a gentle LED treatment that works in the deeper layers of the skin, stimulating the skin cells. The treatment is often used cosmetically and can, among other things:
- Reduce acne and even out skin tone
- Improves skin structure and provides anti-aging effect
- Support healing and regeneration of the skin
Light therapy can also be used to support winter depression, as the light mimics natural daylight and can help boost energy levels.
The light mask can be purchased for all our 90-minute treatments, except Good Flow and Mother’s Treat.
Infrared sauna +150 DKK (20 minutes)
To get the most out of your massage, you can start with a stay in our infrared sauna before your treatment. With Infrared sauna, you get a gentle but deep heat stimulation that:
- Increases blood circulation
- Relieves muscle tension and promotes recovery
- Helps the body eliminate waste products and promote cell renewal
- Promotes relaxation, lowers stress and can support better sleep
The heat optimally prepares the body for the subsequent treatment, making both skin and muscles more receptive and enhancing the effect of the massage.

Mother’s Treat

A well-being treatment for pregnant women, customized to your needs depending on where you are in your pregnancy. Naturally, we use 100% natural products and a pregnancy pillow, where you can lie comfortably on your stomach or as you find it best.
