Breakfast is served as selected favorites at the table.
The kitchen regularly puts together classic breakfast dishes and seasonal servings that present the best from Funen and the rest of Denmark. The menu changes regularly, so you will experience both variation and renewal.
Lunch menu
11.30-16.30
Lunch is based on the Danish lunch tradition. The sandwich is central, inspired by our own history and the ingredients that the season and the area around us bring. Welcome to a lunch experience where classic craftsmanship and good ingredients form the foundation of the experience.

As the day comes to an end, the restaurant changes character.
The tables are set with white tablecloths, the lights dim and the pace slows down. The starting point here is a three-course seasonal menu that changes regularly and is based on the season and classic gastronomic craftsmanship.

New hotel building with 52 suites and hotel rooms
On 22 June 2026, we opened the doors to a brand-new hotel building, with 52 new rooms and suites. Even though everything is completely new, it will feel exactly as you know it from before.

All guests park for free.
Parking:
Parking – Disabled: 2 spaces
Parking – Regular: 350 spaces
Parking – Electric: 4 spaces
Parking – Bikes: Available in the areas around the parking spaces
Parking for day guests can only be done in the parking lot, located 100 meters from the main building.
Parking for hotel guests can be done in the parking lot, but it will also be possible to park in front of your hotel room.
Parking in front of the clubhouse/main building is not allowed.
NOTE! Drop-off and pick-up can be done in the roundabout in front of the clubhouse – however, permanent stay of cars is not allowed.
Motorhomes:
It is not allowed/possible to stay overnight in motorhomes at Great Northern.
We kindly refer to Kerteminde Harbor, where there are great accommodation options for motorhomes with both electricity and other facilities available.
