we limit the Aqua Spa to a maximum of 30 guests per time slot.
Here you get your own Day Bed – and the age limit is min. 18 years.
You’ll receive your own iPad, loaded with magazines and guided meditations,
– and use the time as you see fit. No matter where you are
you can enjoy the view and listen to specially composed music,
designed to soothe both body and soul.

June 2026 will be a very special time here at Great Northern. We will open the doors to 52 new rooms and suites, as well as a large-scale expansion of our spa universe and Gallery – a new architectural setting for meetings and special gatherings.
The expansion will be one of the largest expansions in Great Northern’s history.

Great Northern is the first Danish golf course designed by the world-renowned Nicklaus Design.

Due to the construction of new parking facilities at Great Northern, you may experience a longer distance from the parking lot to some facilities, including Great Northern Spa. We recommend that you allow extra time for transportation upon arrival so that your experience can begin at a leisurely pace.
Need help with arrival?
If you have special needs for your arrival or have walking difficulties, we can provide transportation to and from the parking lot by prior arrangement.

Entrance to Great Northern Spa is only possible with prior booking and payment via our online booking system.
(This is to ensure that there are never more than 30 guests inside at any one time — and to reduce no-shows, allowing others to enjoy the available spots.)
You are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks at Great Northern Spa.
Personal belongings should be locked in your personal locker — storage is at your own risk.
Upon arrival, bathrobes, towels, and slippers will be provided.
We recommend leaving your mobile phone in the changing room — if not, please set it to silent.
Photography is allowed, but must be done discreetly.
Coffee, tea, ice water, and fresh fruit are served complimentary in the Spa and Treatment Lounge.
Please note our guidelines:
– Everyone must follow the hygiene rules before, during, and after their visit.
– Swimwear must always be worn.
– Please hang towels and robes on the hooks provided.
– Use of mobile phones/tablets in wet areas is at your own risk.
– Use of the pools and baths is at your own risk.
– We recommend drinking plenty of water before, during, and after your visit.
– Spa Experiences: We recommend booking your spa experience in advance. It is possible to book upon arrival, but only subject to availability.
– Spa Treatments: We recommend everyone to book treatments in advance.
– We recommend relaxing in the Spa Lounge for 15–30 minutes prior to your treatment.
– Treatment times start when your therapist welcomes you and end when they escort you back to the Spa Lounge.
– We encourage everyone to rest for 15–30 minutes in our Spa Lounge after your treatment.
– Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your treatment; otherwise, full payment will be charged.
– If you arrive late for your treatment, the duration of your treatment will be shortened accordingly.
As a guest, you must familiarize yourself with the Great Northern Spa ‘Rules of Order’ prior to your visit to the Spa area.
