Signature Gastro Stay is created for those who want more than just dinner. Here, gastronomy becomes a natural part of a stay where the day is allowed to unfold at its own pace.
After arrival, you can enjoy the surroundings before the evening begins with sparkling wine and a small amuse-bouche. A seasonal menu then follows, with the kitchen working with the finest ingredients of the season and a Nordic approach to flavour and simplicity. When dinner comes to a close, a restful overnight stay awaits in one of Great Northern’s rooms, gently set within the landscape.
The next morning, the experience continues with breakfast before you depart – or stay a little longer and enjoy the stillness around Kerteminde.

You can check in from 3.00 pm. Upon arrival, please report to the reception in the main building, where we will welcome you and help you get started with your stay.
