Part 1
Foot & Leg Scrub
The treatment begins with a heavenly scrub rich in nourishing minerals, designed for your feet and lower legs.
Part 2
Massage & Nourishment
This phase concludes with a soothing application of our Rebiome Body Cream, while the rest of your body is massaged with a relaxing technique that calms all your senses.
Part 3
Facial Massage
Your treatment finishes with a calming facial massage using natural, nurturing Rebiome products. Using a Gua Sha stone, we gently release toxins and tension from the skin, leaving it soft, clear, and refreshed.
The minimum age limit for treatment at Great Northern Spa is 14 years.
Infrared sauna +150 DKK (20 minutes)
To get the most out of your massage, you can start with a stay in our infrared sauna before your treatment. With Infrared sauna, you get a gentle but deep heat stimulation that:
- Increases blood circulation
- Relieves muscle tension and promotes recovery
- Helps the body eliminate waste products and promote cell renewal
- Promotes relaxation, lowers stress and can support better sleep
The heat optimally prepares the body for the subsequent treatment, making both skin and muscles more receptive and enhancing the effect of the massage.
