  • Can I bring my dog or other pets to Great Northern?
    You are welcome to bring your dog or other pets on our outdoor terrace at Restaurant EAT – as well as our outdoor areas in general. However, pets are not allowed on the following locations; the golf courses, the hotel rooms, the restaurant, the spa, the reception – as well as other indoor facilities in general. 
  • The gate to Great Northern Avenue is closed – what do I do?
    You can always use your hotel room key chip to open the gate by the small scanner to the left of the gate. 
  • I would like to borrow a bicycle – is it possible?
    Yes. You are always welcome to borrow bicycles at reception – free of charge. Here we can also help with cycling routes around the area, or guide you to nearby sights etc. 
  • An acute illness / situation has arisen – what do I do?
    In case of acute and serious illness, or life-threatening events, please contact the reception or call 1 1 2. There are defibrillators available at the reception and at the Great Northern Academy (Driving Range). 
  • I forgot a few necessities at home – can you help?
    Yes. We will always do everything we can to remedy any problem for you during your stay with us.
    We have a large selection of care products, toothbrushes, chargers, adapters and much more.
    Please contact the reception – we are ready to help you. 
  • There is a minibar in the room – is it free?
    Coffee, tea and water are free – and we are happy to refill as needed.
    In addition, you will find various refreshments and snacks – these are settled on departure.
    Prices are shown in the room. 
  • How do I open the patio door?
    The patio door is opened by lifting the small “split” which is found next to the handle.
    NOTE! Be aware that the door will automatically lock if it is closed completely.
    If your locked out of your room, please contact the reception – we will help you immediately.
