Bliv frivillig greenkeeper

For almost 2 years we have been looking forward to starting this process.
We are looking for volunteer greenkeepers for the major DP World Tour tournament, Danish Golf Championship 2026,
which will be held in August 2026 at Great Northern in Kerteminde.

At both DP World Tour and Great Northern, both ambitions and quality requirements are high, which is why we need more skilled hands to help set up the course for the tournament. Do you see yourself as a committed team player with good greenkeeping skills and want to contribute to one of the biggest Danish sporting events?
Then you might be the one we’re looking for!

To ensure that everything goes smoothly during the tournament, here is some practical information
that we ask you to consider before sending your application:

We are looking for help from approx. 30 greenkeepers (so the team will count approx. 50 people in total) in the period Sunday, August 9, 2026 through Sunday, August 16, 2026.

We value that you are available all week and have experience from the greenkeeping profession. You must also expect some physical work, where the majority of the mowing work is manual – so expect to have to walk a lot of steps!
In return, we provide accommodation, good food and full insurance during the work.

We expect to announce the team and share further information in early April 2026.

It’s all on a voluntary basis and there is no compensation for salary or travel costs.
