From the moment you step inside our Aqua Spa, the world outside fades away. There is never one guest too many here. Let yourself be embraced by the water and the calm of the room, and feel how tension is released and your senses are awakened. When you leave us, the flowers will smell sweeter, the wine will taste better and you will feel rejuvenated. It is salus per aqua, health by means of water, as in the very original meaning of spa.

The large panoramic windows bring the fantastic Funen nature inside, while you enjoy the experience of having hours to yourself in the most beautiful surroundings, with fire in the fireplace and a subdued and friendly atmosphere. Leave everyday life at the gates and take a journey into yourself.

From your own personal Day Bed you can explore the many different baths and experiences, but you are also welcome to follow our specially designed "Spa Journey", which will guide you through all the baths in a way where you get the most effect for both body and soul.

Below you can see a selection of the experiences that await you at Great Northern Spa.

Infinity Pool

The special highlight is the large infinitive pool where you can swim directly outside. Here there are also spa benches with underwater jets.
Terrace Pool

From here you can enjoy a panoramic view of both the landscape and the "Driving Range".
Hot Bath

The strong heat gives a feeling that the muscles are slowly melting, while the blood circulation increases and makes you relaxed.
Panorama & Soft Sauna

Traditional sauna with dry heat that has a relaxing effect on the body. Combine if necessary with cold baths for a fresh invigorating effect.
COOL BATH

It boosts the circulation, and more oxygenated blood is transported around to the body's muscles and organs, just as the excretion of waste products is boosted.
ICE BATH

Take the trip from the heated waters to the ice bath - up to three times - and feel how your muscles relax and your body showers with well-being.
WHIRLPOOL

Hot underwater jets create bubbling water which massages your body and provides renewed energy. From here you can enjoy a panoramic view across the golf course.
SALT BATH

Salt water is a delicious beauty cure. It makes the skin healthier, tighter and beautiful. The salted water works against everything from sagging skin, insomnia and stress.
AROMA STEAM

With a humidity of 100%, the traditional steam bath with aroma provides a pleasant heated experience. When you get out, there is the option to cool your body by rubbing it with ice.
SALT STEAM

The salty vapors have an extremely effective effect on the skin, as it leaves it both soft and with a beautiful glow.
”A NEW WAY TO RELAX”

FIND YOUR PEACE

To ensure a calm and relaxing setting for all our guests, you will find that there are a maximum of 30 guests in the Aqua Spa at a time. Everyone gets their own day bed - and the age limit is min. 18 years. On arrival you will be given your own iPad, with magazines and meditations. No matter where you are, you will be able to enjoy the view and hear specially designed music that makes both body and soul relax.
