GENERAL INFO:

Age limit: Min. 18 years

Valid photo-ID must be showed on request from the staff
It is not allowed to bring your own drinks or food at the Great Northern Spa.
Personal belongings are locked in a personal locker – storage is at your own risk.
On arrival, bathrobes, towels and bath slippers are provided.
We recommend that you leave your mobile in the changing room (If not, it must be on silent).
It is allowed to take photos – but it must be done discreetly.
Coffee, tea, ice water and fresh fruit are available for free in the Spa Lounge and Treatment Lounge.

As a guest, you must familiarize yourself with our ‘Rules of Order’ prior to your visit to Great Northern Spa.

AQUA SPA
– Everyone must follow the washing and hygiene guidelines before, during and after a visit.
– Swimwear must be worn at all times.
– Please leave towels and coats on the hangers.
– Use of mobile / tablet in the pool area is at your own risk.
– Stay in the Aqua Spa are at your own risk
– We recommend that you drink plenty of water before, during and after your visit.

TREATMENTS:
– Spa experiences: We recommend that you book your spa experience in advance. However, it is possible to book on arrival – but only when available.
– Spa treatments: As a rule, all treatments must be booked in advance.
– We recommend that you relax in the Spa Lounge for 15-30 minutes before your treatment.
– Treatment times count from your therapist welcomes you until they follow you back to the Spa Lounge.
– We recommend that you rest for 15-30 minutes in our Spa Lounge after your treatment.
– Cancellation must be made in writing, no later than 48 hours before your treatment – if not, the full price for the treatment is charged.
– If you arrive late for a treatment, your treatment will be shorter than stated.
