At Great Northern Golf Club, we have an active junior section for children and young people who want to learn golf in a safe and social environment.
- Training 2 times a week
- Play on the Academy Course
- Possibility to play on the “big course” (hcp 36)
- Free equipment loan for beginners
- Friday golf and social events
- Simulator golf in the winter season

Training for juniors
At Great Northern we combine targeted training, inspiring games and fun social activities in a safe environment. Our skilled coaches work on technique, tactical understanding and mental strength, allowing each player to develop their full potential – regardless of level and experience.
We train twice a week at:
- “Driving Range” and/or “Shortgame”
The facilities are located at the Golf Clubhouse, where you will also find the pro shop, club rooms and simulators.
Training times
- Tuesday:
16:00-17:00 and 17:00-18:00 - Wednesday:
16.00-17.00
Teams are always divided by age, so you train with your peers.

Are you new to the amazing world of golf?
You are always welcome to join the training 2-3 times before joining. Contact the coach if you are interested in taking up golf.
When you join and haven’t played before, you can borrow for free:
- Bag (bag)
- Iron
- Clubs
You can play on the “Academy Course” from the start. When you reach handicap 36, you can play on the big course – also called the Great Northern Course.
Contingent: DKK 1,000 per year (payable semi-annually in December and June for 1. & 2nd half year)
