Located directly adjacent to both the clubhouse and the Great Northern Academy, our Driving Range features 16 covered and illuminated bays, along with a 100-meter-wide tee line that allows for grass tee shots most of the year.

From the range, you can aim at five undulating target greens, each equipped with two flags. Everything is built in the same style and aesthetic as the main course, allowing you to practice the exact types of shots you’ll need when playing the Great Northern Course.

To provide both members and guests with the ultimate conditions for development, we opened a brand-new Short Game Area in the summer of 2024.
Spanning 1,500 square meters and featuring multiple undulating target greens, it’s an unmatched venue for perfecting your short game — both on and around the green — all year round.

Our Short Game Area includes a chipping green approximately 35 meters long and 20 meters wide. Here, you can practice shots from bunkers, thin and thick rough, as well as fairways. You’ll encounter all types of lies: uphill, downhill, flat, and even above or below your feet. The green features two large plateaus, allowing you to hit shots from up to 50 meters out.

In early summer 2026, Great Northern’s architectural vision will be fully realized with the opening of our new hotel.
This addition will bring 52 new rooms, crafted with the same uncompromising quality that defines the rest of Great Northern. The expansion allows us to welcome even more guests to Kerteminde — and to the extraordinary experiences that await here.

The new hotel will also be home to our event oasis, “Gallery” — a versatile venue designed for larger gatherings, meetings, and special events. Alongside this, Great Northern Spa will be expanded with additional treatment rooms and the introduction of a groundbreaking Medical Spa concept.

In the main building — where you’ll also find our restaurant and meeting rooms — you’ll find our primary changing facilities for both men and women. Each changing room includes:

Golf Clubhouse & Academy
Our new Golf Clubhouse offers two smaller restrooms with shower facilities. However, we recommend that all golfers use the main building’s facilities for the best experience.

Spacious changing facilities are also available at Great Northern Spa. Please note that these are reserved exclusively for spa guests and cannot be used for other purposes.
