Great Northern is the first golf course in Denmark designed by Nicklaus Design. With respect for the landscape and an uncompromising approach to quality, the design has captured the existing terrain and the wind conditions on Funen, which give the course new character every day.

Championship Course – 18 holes
An 18-hole course for licensed players where every hole is designed with both strategy and senses in mind. The fairways, greens and sightlines are carefully adapted to the landscape and provide a golf experience that feels both challenging and enjoyable.
Academy Course – 9 holes
A unique short game experience on a shorter course. Ideal for a short golf adventure, practice, warm-up or a more relaxed round of golf. The Academy Course makes golf stays suitable for both new and experienced golfers.

At Great Northern, everything golf lives and breathes – both physically and mentally. Golf & Academy is created as a single universe where you can move effortlessly between training, play and experience.

- Driving Range with covered and illuminated tee boxes and wide grass tee line
- Short Game Area of 1,500 m² for shots around the green – bunker, rough and fairway
- Putting Greens with the same standard and design as the course greens
