A gentle close to the week\u2014at your<\/em><\/span> pace<\/h2>

Treat yourself to a morning where the pace slows, the body awakens, and the day is allowed to begin a little differently. Surrounded by nature, Great Northern Spa invites you to a special morning experience, combining our Morning Spa<\/em> with 75 minutes of Hatha Yoga<\/em>.

\u2022 Aqua Spa 07:00\u201309:30\u2022 Coffee, tea and still\/sparkling water\u2022 Fruit and vegetables of the day\u2022 Bathrobe, towel and slippers\u2022 Personal Day Bed with iPad, magazines, guided meditations, etc.\u2022 75 min. Hatha Yoga

The morning begins in our Aqua Spa, where you can enjoy the silence, warmth and tranquil surroundings. Along the way, you will have access to coffee, tea, water, and the day\u2019s fruit and vegetables\u2014and your own Day Bed, where you can retreat and simply be. As part of the experience, we guide you through 75 minutes of Hatha Yoga<\/strong>\u2014a calm, strengthening practice focused on creating a connection between body and mind.

We begin with a short meditation and then move through strengthening sequences, sun salutations, balance exercises and gentle stretches. The breath accompanies us throughout the practice, helping to create focus and presence.

We conclude with a deep relaxation, allowing the body to let go and the nervous system to find calm.

No yoga experience is required. What matters most is the desire to give yourself a morning with space to feel the body, find calm and gather renewed energy. <\/p><\/div>\n

Morning Spa at Great Northern Spa<\/h3>

Enjoy the first hours of the morning in our Aqua Spa. Here, you will have 2.5 hours of pure relaxation, including coffee, tea and still\/sparkling water, which you can enjoy on your own personal Day Bed with iPad, magazines, guided meditations, etc. A bathrobe, towel and slippers are included in your experience and will be ready in your locker upon arrival.Welcome to a perfect start to the day\u2014with both cold and warm baths, steam baths and sauna, as well as experiences both outdoors and indoors. <\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Half an hour with no plans\u2014just plenty of time to get ready for the next part of your experience in our Yoga Studio.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Hatha Yoga<\/em> creates a feeling of being more grounded, present and connected to the body. We begin with a short meditation, after which we move through strengthening sequences, sun salutations, balance exercises and gentle stretches. Along the way, breathing exercises are integrated to help create focus and presence. We conclude with a deep, relaxing final relaxation, allowing the body to let go and the nervous system to find calm. <\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
